BizFIT Entrepreneurial Cohort Training is designed to assist disadvantaged business owners in both the non-construction and construction industry with the skillset to operate their businesses from start-up to becoming a sustainable enterprise. BizFIT helps the owners identify their strengths and weaknesses, look at their capabilities, evaluate the marketplace and see how their respective businesses fit into the industry, along with developing a five-year strategic growth action plan.
Graduates of BizFIT’s three-tiered cohort series who are ready to scale into high-growth enterprises may continue their journey through the RCI Equitable Entrepreneur’s Facility (REEF).
